- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In addition to TN State Sales Tax, we charge a $25 Delivery Fee for Brentwood and Maryland Farms & $35 Delivery Fee for Nashville, Franklin, Nolensville & Arrington. $45 Fee for Murfreesboro , Smyrna & Hendersonville. This includes Drop off & Set-Up by one of our team members. On-Site service begins at a 20% Service Fee plus any rentals needed for the event. Our menu items begin at $10.99/pp for casual fare and up to $37.99 for premium steaks and seafood.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ludlow's top priority is for your event to be exactly like you envision! We get specifics on what our clients are looking for (budget, service-style, cuisine, etc..), deliver a quote and breakdown of timeline & events ensuring all details of an event are calculated to perfection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Degree, Certified Sommelier & over 25 years of experience in catering all types of events ranging from: Large and Small Events, Fundraisers, Galas, Weddings, Multi-Day Conventions, Office parties & Lunches, Neighborhood Gatherings, Birthday Parties.
