- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get you an accurate quote, we ask that you send us a few basic details about your project: - Room measurements: Please provide the height and width of each wall. For an initial estimate, you can measure the walls as if there were no windows or doors. (While wallpaper websites often ask for square footage, individual wall dimensions are much more useful to us for estimating the installation.) - Photos: A few clear photos of the room are very helpful, including photos showing the walls, windows, doors, and any unusual features. - Your wallpaper: Please send us a link to the wallpaper you have selected, or provide the manufacturer and pattern name. We need to know exactly what material we will be working with, as pricing varies by project and some specialty papers require different installation considerations. Already have your wallpaper? That's helpful! Just send us a link to the paper (or the manufacturer and pattern name), let us know how many rolls you have purchased, and include a photo of the room. Once we have this information, we can provide pricing for the job. Need help selecting your wallpaper? We can also point you toward some of our favorite wallpaper vendors and help you understand what to look for in a wallcovering that will work well for your project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with homeowners, interior designers, and design professionals on residential wallpaper installation projects. We work with a wide range of homes and styles, from a single accent wall to whole-room and multi-room projects. Our experience includes traditional wallpaper, non-woven wallcoverings, grasscloth, natural fibers, and fine and specialty wallcoverings.
