His project manager came out to look at work needed on a patio door repair. Within a week his 2 man crew came out to do the work. I see that they were taking their time to fix the issue properly. Once the doors were taken out and replaced properly, no more gaps and complete seal from drafts. They cleaned up and explained to me how to operate both patio and steel iron gate doors for future use. I highly recommend the Ateam for your next job! I agree with everyone who said Gregg and Carmen are wonderful people. We had a lot of damage to the exterior of our home caused by a wicked hail storm. I called Higgz and ended up not choosing them. I can't comment on the quality of their work. I met with Gregg four times in person and communicated with him on the phone several times. I could not get a handle on what he was thinking because he was so scattered and difficult to talk to. I was barely able to speak because he would talk over me and not listen. During one conversation I got so frustrated that I waited until there was a tiny lull right after he asked me a question about our garage door. I said, "Oh yeah, we painted it orange then burnt it down at a star trek convention." He didn't skip a beat in telling me how I wanted stuff done. He spent most of the time complaining relentlessly about insurance companies. When I told Gregg we decided to go with another contractor he got angry and short with me.
