- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge 175.00-250.00 for the initial visit for paint consultation, floor plans and other services; no charge for window treatment consultations. Window treatment prices vary widely depending upon product. Shopping or design fees may also apply in certain circumstances, but fees are always discuss before we embark upon a project so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I visit them in their home and chat with them about their lifestyle, preferences, who lives with them in the home, who will be using the space, etc. We discuss budget, timeline, and expectations. We review photos and design ideas and/or paint swatches. Then we come up with a next step based on the project and a second visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 23 years of various experience such as owning my own workroom and fabricating window coverings, pillows and bedding, working in the furniture world selling furniture, rugs, accessories and more. I have had training at each venue I have worked at as well as Hunter Douglas Certification.
