David was great he was actually done before we even got there. Of course because of the time difference but once we got there he walked us through everything he had found. He was straight up and did not sugar coat anything. He is great at his job and is family friendly we had to bring our three boys and he interacted with them and was still able to walk us through everything he found.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at $300. Pricing is determined by age and size of the house. You don’t want a cheap home inspection, but don’t want to break the bank, either. Just call and I’ll give you a price you’ll be happy with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out with asking if they have any specific concerns about the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m licensed in TN (#1960) and GA and am an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
