Counseling has always felt very overwhelming and scary to me, but I immediately felt calm and comfortable with Naomi. She is genuine and relateable. She doesn’t just sit and nod, she helps you dig deep and find your biggest obstacles and brainstorm how to overcome them. Counseling with Naomi feels like having a conversation with a friend who has valuable insight and truly wants to see you succeed! I now look forward to counseling instead of feeling anxious about it! Naomi has introduced me to access bars and my goodness what an amazing thing! She places her hands gently on points on the head and face and you can feel your tension/stress fade away. Accessing my bars has helped me have peace in my constantly busy mind, slow down my anxiety, and face stressors more clearly and with confidence. I even believe I am sleeping better since having my bars accessed. It is like a massage for your emotions and energy and I am hooked! For me, accessing my bars helps me get more out of counseling. I have recommended Naomi to so many people in my life and I will continue to do so. My friends and family have all seen a positive change in me since beginning therapy with Naomi. I feel better too! Naomi is an amazing person to have in your corner and help you navigate your obstacles. Cannot recommend her enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial session takes up to 90min and is $250. 60min sessions after that are $130. I don’t take any insurance but can take HSA or flex spending cards if that helps any.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in mental health counseling with specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). I am licensed in the state of Tennessee and Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Mental Health Service Provider (MHSP) in Tennessee. I have extensive education, training, and experience in domestic violence, addiction, trauma,and DBT.
