Matt worked with me from day 1. I hadn't worked out in about 3 years and I was able to jog 20 minutes in 30 days with his help (started at jogging 3 minutes). He took me from couch to running 5k runs in 45 days. I have since shaved off 10 minutes from my time in 2 more months. Another great perk about training with Matt was that he took my long term goals and short term goals in mind. If I wanted to get faster for a race, we did fast twitch work out, if I wanted to lose weight we focused on cardio, etc...He always kept the trainings interesting, challenging, and different. He also provided dietary information too. I really needed the daily check in the first 30 days and followup with food suggestions. The best part about all of this, was his infectious positive attitude about helping you become fit. I love my new lifestyle and continued support!

Tonya Martin is an amazing trainer! I was in the best shape of my life and let some circumstances in my life get me off focus and stopped going to Busy Bodies. I have been back a little over a month and already feel so much better. You have to take care of your body and to be with a group of women led by Tonya Martin is such an encouraging experience. There is no judgement and Tonya really makes sure you are doing the workout correctly so you do not injure yourself. She gives modifications throughout the workout if anybody needs. There are women in their 20's to their 60's that I work out with...Tonya inspires everyone to do their best in every part of your life.
Brenda is a fantastic trainer. She is always waiting on me at the gym always timely.She is very knowledgable on nutrition, fitness, losing weight, building muscle etc. She will answer any questions and concerns that you have day or night. She is upfront and honest with you about everything. She is helping me obtain my goals and has every bit of confidence in me to complete them and I know she can guide me in every step of the way. Carrie was my personal trainer for three years. We have worked specifically on a bone strengthening program (BEST). She is an expert in this area. She has also taught me interval training for cardiovascular fitness and many stretches, which I have incorporated into my routine. She draws from her broad knowledge of body work, including yoga, pilates, running, weight training, and physical therapy, to give her clients a full range of workout options. Carrie is particularly good at working with people with injuries and disabilities. She can adapt a workout on a momentâs notice and work around the pains, strains and limitations her clients present to her. Everyone I know who works out with Carrie really appreciates this about her. I wasnât trying to lose weight while training with Carrie, but I did, and Iâm happy about it. I am in better shape now (at age 66) than I have ever been in my life. Iâm strong, slimmed down and love being active. I give credit to Carrie for her encouragement and leadership and commend her without reservation. She is highly professional, ethical and caring and a wonderful human being.
