- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not currently charge any travel fees up-front or otherwise. I am paid via commissions provided by hotels, cruise lines, all-inclusive resorts, etc. It is important to note that these commissions almost never translate into higher prices for you. Booking with a travel advisor should lessen your stress without requiring a premium price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically recommend having an introductory phone call. This helps us get to know each other and allows me to clearly understand your wants and needs. This serves as a fun springboard for your next adventure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a very experienced traveler myself I have also been afforded the opportunity to attend many hours of property/product specific training. This training helps me to quickly identify the right combination of accommodation and experiences for you.
