Lorey is simply a wonderful yoga teacher. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and encouraging. She is genuinely interested in her students as individuals, and will work with you to modify and tailor poses and sequences to your specific needs to help bring your body and mind into balance. Whether you come in with a pre-existing injury, chronic pain, anxiety, or just sit at a desk all day, she'll teach you how to use Iyengar yoga as a supplemental healing tool, one that will be with you for life.
Theresa is a great restorative yoga coach. Our class is fun and so very relaxing. I look forward each week to this time with the group and I know my stress is less because of this class.
Very warm, welcoming and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I appreciated the way the instructor integrated, meditation, yoga, and other skills/knowledge to create the perfect effective healing session. Excited for my next appointment!
Melissa makes me feel like I have been practicing yoga for years, even though I'm a beginning. She's an awesome instructor and her spirit is contagious on and off the mat.
Amanda was a great instructor! I'm very new to yoga and I loved how she walks you through each pose and makes everything easy to understand! No matter your skill level, i definitely recommend taking her classes!
Maryam's love and dedication to her craft definitely shows through her work. I've received massages and spiritual counseling from her on multiple occasions - she's amazing. She adds a special touch to everything she does that by far separates her from the rest.
I have enjoyed and benefited from my time with Alexis, and I confidently refer her to others for yoga instruction. She is great because she listens well, is compassionate and is well educated to know how to create an individualized yoga plan to address my concerns. I receive tgerapytuc yoga because
Katie has been teaching me yoga for just under a year now and it has been the most gratifying experience. She is very talented and personable. She has a pleasant demeanor and calming personality which has made her pleasure to have as an instructor. Thanks Katie
Yoga one-on-one with Laure was incredible. Her soothing voice guided me through a challenging variety of poses focused on creating strength and balance. Most helpful was her undivided attention to my movements. At times she was able to make small adjustments which made big differences in my practice. I highly recommend Laure for both individual yoga sessions or small group sessions. She is in tune with the way the human body moves while being a warm and friendly person to spend time with.
Mary is the best! At my first meeting with Mary I was walking like the Mummy (dragging my right foot) with acute pain from a hip injury a couple of years earlier. She gently made an assessment and we did several modified yoga postures and stretches. I went home with a list of Egoscue stretches and movements. She also initiated my to the 8 limbs of yoga and we meditated. That was about 9 months ago. While I admit I am not the "poster Child" yoga student. my life has changed. Physically, I now have much greater range-of-motion and flexibility. My acute pain is gone and the times I overdo an activity and my hip screams at me, I know which modified yoga postures give me relief. I am so grateful for my expanding spiritual awareness and new peaceful demeanor. Mary is a true professional, but as a client/student, I look forward to the spiritual benefit as much as the physical relief. Mary goes far beyond to taylor the therapy and make the most out of the personal journey. I cannot imagine a better practitioner or a better experience. -Peggy

Private yoga therapy sessions are highly individualized to assist my clients with their specific goals. That can be anything from stress management, loosing weight, problems with sleep cycles, or alternative therapy for ongoing health issues, be that mental like depression or PTSD or physical like COPD, diabetes and pain management. This type of yoga is focused on function over form and can be done by absolutely any fitness level out there. I combine slow movements with breath work and focus techniques to work with the mind. This blending of three basic elements enables me to meet each client where they are and give them a tool that will enhance any therapies or treatments they are currently on to assist them in being successful to accomplish those goals. Even if they do all of the work from a chair!

I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor who helps people find peace in a busy world. Yoga saved my life and balanced my career stress. My goal is to help others do the same using positive energy, music and fun in a place where they are comfortable. Knowing the best place to start or work through a solid yoga practice isn't always a studio, I will travel to your home or provide an environment that is private so students have the freedom to move and ask questions in a safe space, creating a yoga experience that is uniquely theirs. I also provide group and corporate classes.

Aspiring yoga instructor, a wellness coach, and an acupuncturist looking to do some work in the field for experience. Most of my practice is in Vinyasana form although I enjoy all types of yoga and am willing to increase my knowledge and explore along with my students to fit personal goals and needs. I want your yoga practice to be just that, yours, so I'm working on individual flows for each student so we can work together to reach your goals.
