I have nothing but positives to say about my experience thus far. Ethan performed an initial fitness assessment as the basis for a comprehensive fitness program which includes resistance, metabolic, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and HIRT (high intensity resistance training) based on my primary objectives for weight loss and improved body composition. He re-evaluates and changes up the circuits regularly to keep things challenging and the body guessing. Six months later, I am down 20 lbs and double-digits in inches. He is personable, knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough. He has been one of the best investments of time and money I have ever spent. If you follow his recommendations, you will see results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I've been training with James for about 3 months now and I've seen the best results out anything else I've tried. If you'd like to see real results I highly recommend training with him. Not also will it help with meeting your goals but you'll learn a lot about the science behind it and a lot about your body. There hadn't been one question he hasn't been able to answer ( I ask a lot questions).
Jim is an absolute professional when it comes to physical training. Although I'm only three weeks into our program, the quality of training I've already received has led to tremendous gains in my physical stamina, strength, self-confidence and overall health. I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for about eight months and have been in the best shape of my life. I also experienced the most strength gains from our weightlifting training. He was also very adept at teaching me proper form and showing me how I can create an entire program to achieve all my goals. When I first started working with him, I was a bit intimidated of the gym. Now I know the lingo and can talk with the best of them about super sets, drop sets, macros, CLA, etc. I'm so proud of the work we've done together! During our work together, Daniel emphasized the importance of nutrition in achieving goals. He also saw that as motivated as I could be, I still struggled with my sweet tooth. He told me a lot of his clients had those same struggles and it led him to become certified in an online nutrition habits program. During the last month I've been able to sample the new program and it's very exciting. Each week focuses on a new nutrition habit so that you are bringing about slow, long lasting change. It's exciting and I think it will help me with my long term goals of becoming a healthier person inside and out. Daniel is punctual, flexible, motivating, and passionate about what he does. Matt has been my personal trainer for the past 10 months. He has helped me get back in shape, loose weight and get stronger. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of personal training including ideas around better nutrition. He is also very flexible in training times. It has been wonderful getting to know him.
When I first saw him I thought it was a kid but then he took his jacket off his arms said it all. He's been training me at least 3 times a week needed to look good for photo shoots. There's basics he's teaching and difficult workouts which not a lot of poeple can do. He's very On to the point when it comes to training me. He's taught me a lot of new exercises that I didn't even know exist. Helped me target ever part of the body. If your willing to work hard for what you payed you better becuase he will work you. In a good way which builds your character and help shape you to a good body type you've always wanted or want to get.
I've trained with Ken for 1.5 yrs. He is a great coach. He is patient and great at breaking things down where they are easy to understand. He will help build you layer upon layer, improving each time you train. You will be pushed passed the limits you put on yourself. I always look forward to my training sessions. I would recommend Ken in a heartbeat.
My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
Megan has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now! I sought out a trainer in March 2014 when I moved to Nashville and wanted to get in shape for my sisters wedding. At the time she was working at a gym in my neighborhood where I was paired with her. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she tailored each workout to my goals. After my sisters wedding, I kept working with her. She got me in shape for my own wedding a year later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I still see her. As my goals shifted so did our workouts. She is kind and inspiring. Incredibly smart and hardworking. I had worked with many other personal trainers when I lived in Los Angeles and Megan is by far the best I have ever had. I never get bored and she is a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone!!

In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients. During my training sessions with Patrick, I have built the confidence and desire to move forward. Currently, I have made significant gains in preparation for my Army fitness test next month. The discussions on diet of removing questionable foot items, posture, flexibility and training regiments were well taken and by making a few changes, I noticed a few things: My flexibility, posture, endurance, strength and even my weight had improved.
