Dee made a huge balloon arch for the event. It was beautiful, study and more than I imagined. Dee is friendly, competent and obviously takes pride in her work.

They meet with you to tailor make your menu and design an event that will be over the top, fun and excellent. Holden, this is in response to your post. Most if not all DJ's require at least one face to face meeting before they start planning your event, I really do not know of one that doesn't. If you are planning an event, we will be happy to accommodate with any services we offer, however, like most professional entertainers and DJ's who know what they are worth, we always provide you with a list of services and many audio and lighting options and even how we approach any event before we give you an estimate. Since estimates and quotes can vary so widely from client to client - it would actually be unfair to you to quote you a price based on the little to no information you provided for me. We like to custom-cater our audio and lighting design to fit your needs. It's not about what we want, it's about what you want. You wouldn't expect and insurance agent to quote you right away when they do not know what type of insurance you are looking for i.e. house, car, boat, etc. without first providing for them the proper details. That way they can offer you the best options for your budget. I surely hoped this helped educate you somewhat on how professionals do business. Don't really know how things are in your "neck of the woods" so to speak, but it does sound like an entertainer from your hometown would much better suit your needs and I am sure fit your budget better than I could. Sarah was a server and bartender for a live music concert that I curated. She was efficient, professional , punctual and responsible. She dressed appropriately and was courteous to the customers and performing artists. Her presence made the event run very smoothly, as far as service was concerned. She was also very knowledgeable about her craft (i.e. mixology and taste pairing per customer requests). I would definitely hire her for an event in the future.
Vickie was an excellent communicator. Ultimately we settled on a larger company who accepted credit cards. That was the only reason we didn't go with her. Very nice person though!!

I received my decorating certificates from Dalton State College. I have had my own interior design business for years, working a full-time job in banking while doing interior design as sporadic design jobs became available. I worked through Jackson Realty as their interior designer for approximately 2 years. After moving from LaFayette, Georgia to Dalton, Georgia, I no longer work in banking, but rather, I'm looking for opportunities to use my skills and passion of decorating and event planning. When I first received my interior design certificates, I opened up a wedding rental business called Elegant Wedding Rentals located in Chatsworth, GA. I had this business for several years until I was 8 months pregnant and am up on ladders decorating for weddings. I decided it was time to take some time off to raise my children. The last large event I coordinated was a 50th birthday party. This event took place at the Chattanooga Choo Choo where a block of rooms were reserved for guests as there was an open bar. For guests wishing to drive home, a taxi service was available on site to keep everyone safe. There was a live band that performed, along with professional ballroom dancers that were hired to dance during the dinner portion of the evening. I took care of caterers and choose what would be prepared for dinner after finding out if any of the attending guests had any allergies. I had invitations sent out with dinner choices and to RSVP if they could not attend the event. I had a life-size cake with one of the birthday boy's best friends dressed up as a belly dancer inside, which turned out to be very amusing. There were life-size cut-outs of ballroom dancers. Balloons are everywhere and a memory table set up where I had pictures of the birthday boy blown up poster size. His letterman's jacket and high-school track pictures and awards are displayed. His pilot's license was blown up along with a picture of him with his airplane. The party was a huge hit. The hostess was very impressed and her word-of-mouth recommendations have led to some smaller events. Also, the largest interior design jobs I have done were for the President of Galaxy Carpets and the Vice President of International Sales and Marketing for Mohawk Industries.
