These Pro's know about musical instruments and they are going to help me with future needs like the tuning and care of the piano. They are totally familiar with other musical professionals.Jul 17, 2020VerifiedSeale Keyworks, Inc.'s reply

Thank You Diana for your kind review!
Seale Keyworks moved my Yamaha 5'3" grand piano from one house to another. From my first call with Leah to learn more about the service, I had a sense that this was going to go well. The moving team, Bobby and CJ, arrived right on time, and I quickly saw that I had nothing to worry about. They were clearly very experienced and treated my piano as if it were their own. All three were very pleasant, efficient, and professional. I can highly recommend Seale Keyworks for piano moving.Oct 26, 2016VerifiedSeale Keyworks, Inc.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices for tunings are often quite standard, but moving rates are always subject to specific details such as mileage, steps involved and size of piano. Our team can work with you to determine your personal needs and provide a more specific quote for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For new customers, we like to gain some understanding of the type of piano they have, any issues they've experienced, and how long it has been since the last tuning service. We will then suggest the best service we can provide for that customer's unique situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our technicians are certified with the Piano Technician's Guild and our moving services are fully insured.
