Robert was very friendly and flexible about scheduling a time. They moved a heavy large upright piano for me and did a great job. They had it wrapped in moving blankets and plastic wrap. The team from True Friends were very nice and polite. However, they arrived 45 minutes late. They also dropped my piano in the process of placing it on their carrying straps, creating a gash in our floor and possibly damaging the piano (TBD). They don't seem to have a lot of experience moving pianos.

Beth also communicated to keep me updated on their time frame. Lastly, they did not nickel and dime us for the move - it was a flat rate of $100 to move the piano a little less than two miles.
