Robert was very friendly and flexible about scheduling a time. They moved a heavy large upright piano for me and did a great job. They had it wrapped in moving blankets and plastic wrap. The team from True Friends were very nice and polite. However, they arrived 45 minutes late. They also dropped my piano in the process of placing it on their carrying straps, creating a gash in our floor and possibly damaging the piano (TBD). They don't seem to have a lot of experience moving pianos.

Our movers, MIKE and JERRY, deserve special appreciation for moving an antique upright piano 50 feet across my house. Certain angles were tight and it truly didn't look like it would work.
