Terry K. says, "The owner contacted me immediately and offered to refund the labor cost, and even offered to come to our home and recheck the refrigerator. After I explained why I was not pleased, he didn’t hesitate to make things right. I appreciate his courtesy, promptness in resolution, and professionalism. Because of this I give this company 5 stars and would recommend them. They do care about making the customer happy, and I appreciate it. After first contact, technician arrived same day. Very nice guy, but not very thorough. Ordered $300 parts which we waited a week for & I had to call and ask when will you be back? Came & installed gasket and the refrigerator door still wouldn’t close. It closed better BEFORE he installed gasket. Then he says the compressor is shot. Never checked the compressor on first visit. So when paying for a still broken refrigerator, we asked for the labor charge to be reduced or waived. He called the boss, so he said, and said it would be knocked down to $50 which I said okay to. He then charged me $150 and claimed he told me $50 off the labor, which is not what he told me even when I asked twice. So $500 for a still broken refrigerator. Had he checked the fridge thoroughly on initial visit, he could’ve told us about the so called shot compressor, charged us a service call, and we would’ve began the process of replacing the fridge. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unfair and poor customer service and questionable ability."See more
