- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of pricing systems to accommodate the wide array student profiles, from extremely regular to occasional. We also offer discounts for enrolling in auto-pay and purchasing multiple-class packs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Music is a vast field, and different people want different outcomes. During the first few sessions we precisely determine the students abilities, interests, goals and learning style. Then we propose short-, medium- and long-term curriculum, designed specifically for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marcin Bela has a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Michigan, which equipped him with deep pedagogical skills in classical piano, voice, composition and audio production. All other teachers at Ezra Entertainment Education are people he has worked with for a long time and has complete trust in their qualifications to carry out his educational vision.
