Shaun's knowledge of computer hardware as well as programs is phenomenal. He has the ability to explain the issues to where everyone can understand. He is very patient with the customer. I can ask crazy questions sometimes. I dont hesitate to call him for any issues I have. If he can work thru it on the phone he will or he'll schedule a time at your convenience to come out.
