Mark, Nash & his entire crew have done an AMAZING job for my wife and I. We moved to Knoxville the end of October, and came home to water damage Christmas night. The entire crew included us in every decision, explained everything is incredible detail, and have went above and beyond to help us get our HOME back! We cant say ENOUGH about what theyve done for us!

Mark and Nash were stellar to work with! I had a pipe leak in my basement, behind one of my walls. Within hours, Mark and Nash had the walls removed, a plumber on site to replace the pipe, and the mitigation process started. I was able to stay in my home during the whole process. Then when it came time to repair the basement, including some additional work, they worked weekdays and weekends to get the work done quickly. I cannot recommend them enough! Great team and great service!

They did an outstanding job replacing some trim around my front door. The person I worked with was very nice and very skilled. The job required some specific design details that turned out better than I could have imagined.

Mark and his team replaced a patio doorand part of a rotted board that was in rough shape due to heavy rains over the years. As a first-time homeowner, I appreciated how thorough Mark was with explaining the job, and how his team kept me in the loop during the entire process of the install. Understanding what the problem was, and how to prevent it from cropping up again, is something I think a lot of other companies wouldn't do. Clearly, Mark cares enough about customers, and it's why I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for another job. The door looks better than the original, and we haven't encountered any problems since the install.

Mark is awesome. I am a widow and have no idea how to fix things. Mark was recommended by a friend. He lived up to and beyond my expectations. The work was perfect. He even went beyond knowing a pipe for the ceiling fan wasn't what I like but was okay. He comes back a little later said I found this do you like it? It was perfect. This nan knows his craft and customer. On time great work affordable and makes sure you are happy before he leaves. Four words USE MEL REEALTY REPAIRS! You won't regret hiring a true professional!
