- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complication here: Cost of parts + $50 labor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It generally starts with them reaching out to me via social media for a quote. If they like what they see (which they usually do) then we schedule the repair. I will set up a time and place to pick up their device, process the repair, and then deliver the device back to them. I accept all credit cards, local checks, money orders, and cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 25 years. I had an extensive apprenticeship of over 5 years working on computer. The transition to mobile devices was an easy one.
