- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have separate pricing structures for both Adaptive Training and Care Planning. There are package options available for Adaptive training to give a reduced hourly rate for purchasing a package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential client reaches out to me, I take down their information and answer some initial questions they may have if I'm able in that moment. I then set up a longer consultation call via zoom or phone. During that 15-30 minute call we discuss next steps and decide if we are a good fit to work together. If so, we proceed to the next step which is assessment or purchase of a package or session.
