Hunter Fortenberry did an excellent job of removing leaves from our house and also blew leaves off the roof and gutters (a bonus). Hunter and his team came as promised and stayed until they finished. Hunter is an excellent communicator and super easy to work with.

I reached out to Fortenberry's to do away with two flower beds...take them down, prepare the sites for grass, and do away with the dirt, plants, mulch, etc. And I asked them to prepare a tree removal site for the new trees. The estimator worked with my schedule, was so professional, and promised to get back to me. AND he did! The job proposal was so reasonable. I did not use their company...for reasons I shared with Hunter. But I am so glad to have made this contact for future projects. I am impressed with the way they do business.

Hunter (owner) contacted me promptly for an estimate. He came out the same day and discussed my requests thoroughly in regards to landscaping/mowing/trimming. I needed work done as soon as possible and Hunter worked me into his schedule to accommodate my request. He was punctual and very thorough with his work. I recently had sod installed and Hunter knew the length to cut it. In addition, he made the yard a clean cut with visible clean trim lines to add a design. He charged less than other landscapers and did 10x the quality of work. I would highly recommend.

I try to be as fair as I can with customers the more work you give me the better I can do you on the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build a bond I like to show my work before I start a lot of my projects to see if the customer wants to work with me, I find it good for everybody to be on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually worked professionally for a company for two years before I started doing the work for myself 100% so I have been trained in all aspects of lawn care.
