Working with Justin was very easy as he was quite professional and accommodating in my request for a massage appointment.
I arrived about 15-20 minutes early for my appointment and he showed me around the facility and gave me a brief but not pushy overview of their membership plan. When Allison, the massage therapist arrived Justin was quick to introduce us to each other. Allison gives a nice massage with pressure that was more than what I am used to receiving but done in a manner that did not cause me any pain. Allison was personable and professional and hit all the areas where I most needed relief.
As good as the massage was the rates charged by The Guild seem to be a bit high to me. My experience in this area tells me that their cost of a massage is about $20 to $30 over the market rate. I'm not sure the massage at The Guild was worth the difference in price however.
