- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first session is free. I offer 3, 6 and 12 month packages of private personal training. Each session is an hour long, 2, 3 or 4 times per week depending on your goals, budget and motivation. Your monthly investment ranges between $400 and $900 per month depending on the package you choose and what is right for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to see the place and get to know each other. If we feel like it is a good fit and we can find a schedule that works, we will get baseline metrics; weight, body composition, strength, flexibility, mobility, etc. Then we figure out some goals, a timeline to achieve them and a process to reach them. Then it is go time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer. Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach. Three time military boot camp graduate. I am constantly reading and researching new ways to keep my clients interested and getting the best results possible.
