- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is not complicated. I charge $88 per month for a 30 minute private lesson once a week. If you desire more frequent or longer lessons, the price will be increased based on $22 per half hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the new student contacts me via Thumbtack, we will speak over the phone to discuss details. I teach in three locations around Knoxville and Seymour areas, so we decide which studio works best for the student. The first lesson is an evaluation of the student's level and skills. I then formulate a learning path that best aligns with the student's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend workshops and professional piano instructor networking groups to stay on top of new teaching trends and tools.
