I contacted Smith Roofing and exteriors when we started finding shingles in our yard. Chris McBride came out and took photos and drone footage for us to show us the damage to our roof. He spent a good amount of time here with us, telling us what was going on with our roof what needed to be done and what he recommended. Chris was very knowledgeable, and I was confident after speaking with him that I had a grasp on what needed to be done and why. I contacted my insurance company and worked with them directly, but Smith Roofing and exteriors was more than willing to work with them on my behalf, they made contact with the adjuster, sent photos and videos, and made themselves available for any questions that the adjuster had. Brad Tindall, and his crew showed up yesterday to replace my roof. Brad called me the night before to let me know when they would be there and they arrived right on time. Brad was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and kept me informed on any issues or additional needs outside of the contract that I had signed. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and Brad and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris, you almost couldn’t tell they were here save for the brand new roof! During the final walk-through, Brad showed me photos of the roof and noted a few other issues with my home that I was unaware of. Needless to say, I will be hiring Smith Roofing and exteriors again. I had an excellent overall experience. I feel like the value of the work, and the materials was very high and priced fairly. Chris and Brad are great communicators and kept me informed throughout this entire process, which is very important, especially with such a big project as installing a new roof. I highly recommend this company as they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

We used them to repair a leak in our roof around our fireplace that had damaged our interior ceiling. They found problems with the previous installers work and repaired it. They matched our shingles that were 8 years old. Jonathan who was the project lead even found a way to crawl into our attic space to confirm the areas we had problems and we much appreciated his efforts as to get entry in the area was something not even our Insurance Inspector would do. They responded quickly to our request and communicated very well even as far as calling the night before they arrived and calling again in the morning to let us know exactly when they would be at our home. I am looking at another project I will use this company for.

My mom had her roof replaced after the hail storms in 2011. A leak surfaced around her chimney. Called Smith Roofing and they had someone out within a week. He was super informative and took a lot of pictures throughout his inspection of her roof as to show me what he was talking about when he presented us with his findings. Turns out, the fly by night roofer that replaced her roof previously, left out several key components to prolong the life of her roof. For a fair price for a long term warrantied roof we got her all fixed up! Definitely would recommend the Smith Roofing team, from the office, to the estimator, to the work crew they are truly a great company to work with!
