Work was done on a Saturday and partial Sunday to finish up some trim work that worked around my family’s work from home schedules. Crew could have done better with the cleanup stage but I was able to easily clean up some leftover drywall on floor. Overall very happy with project. Would hire again. We hired Kings to fix some loose siding high up on our house. A relatively small job that some companies wouldn't take, but Kings was up to the task. Russell was prompt and descriptive in all communications, responding to our initial task request within half a day, meeting us at our house the next, and laying out our options to repair or replace the affected area (we opted for repair). Russell explained what he was doing, pointed out a few potential problems with the way the siding was laid (without pressuring us at all to turn those into additional jobs, very important!), and gave us advice on what to do if a similar thing happened in the future. We will definitely keep Kings in mind for additional siding/roofing jobs.

They were hired to replace a section of damaged siding. The contractor didn’t bother getting the right shade of white so it stands out from the rest of my siding. Even worse though, I paid them in full via check when they completed the work and then 3 months later they tried calling and saying we owed them full price still for the work. Not sure if that’s an accounting issue or if that’s a tactic to try and double charge clients, but regardless, I wouldn’t recommend.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They gave me a quote and before they did the work I asked if I did some of the work if it would be cheaper. They agreed. I was going to have them install windows and then vinyl siding but they charged me 3200 just to lift and install 7 windows and 2 doors. Took them 10 hours. They had to replace some siding and that was what took most of the time but that was an added charge. They came out to review the work that had been done and I agreed if they took off the extra charge we could call it even for the price that was quoted. I had paid 4000 as a down payment for all of the work. After we had talked they said they would send me the difference and we would talk about them doing the siding after they fixed some things they messed up. It took 2 weeks for them to come and fix their mistakes and a month later still haven’t seen the refund. I’ve communicated with them and was told they had changed their minds after we had agreed to not charge me for the extra price of installing the siding. So needless to say their word means nothing and if you pay them anything and they don’t deliver good luck getting your money back. Never had to use a lawyer before until these guys. Response to primes response: hahaha. Fast? Took you three days and three guys to fix some siding and lay in 7 windows and 2 doors. With the money side, they stopped responding and wouldn't even pay the 650. On March 6th they said they would send the check. Finally on April 3rd I had my attorney send a letter. Within 45 min of receiving a letter from my attorney a check was in the mail. That should tell you all that you need to know.

It was difficult getting Trich to come out for a quote. Every other company reached out right away and was out within a day or two. I was finally able to get them out after about a week and was told I would be emailed a quote. I’ve asked for an update twice in the week since then and have gotten no response. The contractor seems very flakey, and I’ll be trusting one of the others to do my house and shed’s siding and roof. Update: after posting my review, Tim reached out to me explaining that he has been in the hospital for the past week, sent pictures as proof, and asked that I delete my review. My experience has not changed, but I thought I should keep my review objective with an explanation for his absence.
