- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for all services where we inspect your surfaces in person to give an accurate quote and see how our solutions can apply to your space. We do offer a Veteran's discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we get the call, we come out to your space to give you a free estimate, then you'll receive an official quote document detailing the proposal and your warranty coverage. We'll then schedule your project which is almost always finished in just one day and your grout lines will be looking fresh and clean for the next 10 years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would strongly advise any customer looking to hire someone in this work to ask the right questions when choosing who to clean & seal your grout lines. 1. What do you use to clean the grout? - If they use any bleach, pressure washers, or steam cleaners, that's a hard no. All of these things can quickly damage the cement in your grout and turn it into powder where it will come out in chunks. 2. What do you use to seal the grout? - Any water based or cheap acrylic-based sealers will wear off quickly, especially in a shower. Most companies want to have your recurring business every 6 months to a year. At Elite Grout, we want to service your home with a solution that will last for the next decade. 3. Do you offer any warranty coverage? - Most companies will offer no warranty because they can't back their product, other companies will offer a "lifetime warranty" hoping that you will never read the paperwork to see that the "lifetime" is only a couple of years. At Elite Grout, we offer a 5 year, transferrable warranty on all services, even in the wet areas in your home.
