- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of request we get is to do light dusting and a thorough cleaning of a facility. We do a lot more. Don't forget our goal is to not only meet our customers' expectations but exceed them.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our customers was hosting a huge event and did not request a cleaning but we knew about the event and did a thorough cleaning for them free of charge because we wanted our partners facility to look immaculate. Not only was it important to them but it was a greater feeling knowing we were able to share that moment with them. They will never forget Kingdom Cleaning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I have for a customer looking to hire a provider like myself is to first ensure they are licensed and bonded, next find a way to test character and integrity and last but not least evaluate the bid and ensure the number that have been present are accurate.
