They made moving less stressful for me and worked efficiently to get everything done timely. They were careful with my furniture and provided everything needed to keep my items safe during transport. They were very reasonably priced and even refunded me when I was accidentally charged a little extra. I received the refund within just a couple hours after they unloaded everything. I really appreciate the honesty because they didn't have to do that. I will definitely use them for all my moving needs in the future. Wonderful experience :)

This was a totally stress-free move. That's a good enough review right there but let me go one. Gunner called within a few minutes of me posting on Thumbtack and I knew right away he was the right guy. Price was good. He showed up on time, three guys hustled and the move from Hendersonville, TN to Louisville, KY was done in half a day. Just totally stress-free and that is exactly what you want.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our rate is straight forward. There are no additional add in fees or surprises. We honor our prices.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  If we have the opportunity we always like to meet with the customer i their home to see what items will be getting moved. We then develop a plan of how we are going to load and transport the items into the order they will go on the truck. We then plan the rest of the logistics and call the customer the week of the move to ensure we are there every step of the way.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We learn something new in every move and will always look for better ways to serve customers better.
