- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ill explain upfront if possible all prices in detail. Most repairs are done with a fixed price however if the customer wants the parts ordered and replaced by me then the prices varies. Charges then affect labor and time spent searching for parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to the bottom of the customer's problem. This is done by making sure that you understand the problem presented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
