Mr. Williams' company has been doing my landscaping for the past 12 years. They have always been professional and courteous. Additionally, they have always done an excellent job of enhancing my lawn and flowerbeds. I would highly recommend Truvalue.

Well I am perplexed and disappointed. I had Derrick come out on a Thursday and he promised to have a proposal to me the next Wednesday for a landscaping job...that has been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I sent one email to him and still haven't heard back. I checked my spam and trash folder to make sure his proposal wasn't missed. I unfortunately cannot recommend anyone that doesn't respect my time or follow through with what they say they will do.

During this time, i became very ill for about 20 days and the business was down for 30 days. I apologize for my absence. I will definitely out measures in place to contact customers better in my absence.
