- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving the phone call, text, or email from the customer, I like to discuss what the customer needs are and what the customer can expect from me. Discuss the date, time and theme of their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified Coach, Teacher, Speaker with the John Maxwell Team with the John Maxwell online University training. I also had public speaking at Northwest Community College.
