As some of you may be aware, the tornados and storms that hit Tipton County last year were devastating. For some, they were absolutely detrimental and horrifying. I was very blessed, but my house did take damage to the roof. With that being said, the team with Haven roofing, specifically Martin and Ryan gave me hope and relief. Martin was able to use his expertise in this particular professional field to collaborate with my insurance company and Haven roofing to ensure that my roof received the attention it deserved. Alas, after months of dedication from Haven roofing and Martin, I was able to receive a brand new roof brimming with quality work! I definitely recommend their team to anyone. They worked so hard for me and my family! Sometimes, blessings just knock on your door.

The entire process was painless from start to finish! I had been contacted by 2 previous roofing companies with no call backs or follow through in working with my insurance company. Martin from Haven Roofing was true to his word, he stated since a claim had been opened two years ago by the first roofing company that there may be problems. Their were problems but Martin continued to work with me and my insurance company and now I have a beautiful new roof. Everyone at Haven Roofing was very professional and they definitely take pride in their work. Haven Roofing was far and away the most genuine and down to earth. Working with Martin and Ryan was a pleasure! Both are very professional, friendly, and passionate about there work. They were easy to reach and answered any questions that I had promptly and patiently. I met Leo the job foreman and he was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him and his crew doing quality work, and upon completion they did an excellent job in cleaning up I have faith in this company and the work they have done for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. They put on a top quality roof which I can be proud of and this roof will last.Description of Work: Tear off and new roof

One of the absolute best roofing companies Ive ever dealt with. From Insurance claim to finished roof, they communicated clearly all the steps they were taking and any I would need to take (which were minimal). Martin handled 99.9% of dealing with my insurance company, always kept me up to date where we were in the process, and made sure I was aware of any changes or issues (ALL of which he handled.) The crew they sent over were polite, professional, and did a phenomenal job! My roof looks fantastic! They took the time to clean up all the roofing nails and took care of our property like it was their own. I just cant say enough good things about this company. Thanks Haven!

Great people and do what they promise.. I had 2 other roofing companies try to get my insurance to pay for my roof but Haven and the crew pulled it off. They replace my roof in 12 hours which was alot of work and fixed some boards that needed to be replaced fot a great price... Would not recommend them to my family members.... GREAT COMPANY!!! Martin was top notch getting my claim approved, with the most horrible insurance company out there State Farm ( my opinion) and then the doubled Down with Ryan the project manager and then they give you Leo the site manager.... ALL ARE PROFESSIONAL AND TREAT YOU LIKE WHAT YOU ARE ... THE CUSTOMER... All of the guys were top notch....These guys walked the job site at least 5 times with magnets to pickup the nails and then walked my yard ( mind you I sit on almost an acre of land) to be sure there was no nails in my yard... Who does this anymore?????

This is a WONDERFUL company to help you with all your roofing needs. My husband and I were contacted by Ryan who asked if he could inspect our roof a couple of months after a terrible hail storm. We found out that you can't see damage to your roof from the ground. It was in terrible shape. He took a lot of pictures and even contacted our insurance company to start the claims process. His company does it all! Made it so easy.My insurance company only allowed for a certain shingle replacement. We picked an upgraded shingle for better protection. After lots of help from Ryan and Martin picking out a shingle color we were ready to proceed. Only took one day to remove the existing roof and replace it...and that was for a house and separate garage. Also....they cleaned everything up before they left.We found out a few weeks later from Ryan (he had sent our previous shingle to be tested) that the shingles we had on our house prior to the replacement were actually the same upgraded shingles. He contacted our insurance company and they made a correction to our estimate. Helped us out tremendously.We would highly recommend this company. They stay on top of everything until the job is done. We are very pleased with the outcome. Looks beautiful!
