Introduction: At DogSpeak, we concentrate more on Real Life Manners instead of obedience. We train the owner more than we train the dog to ensure success and longevity. If we only train the dog and give the owners the "command" words we're not teaching the owners how to handle the problems they may run into in the future since a dog is a dog and not a robot.
I get to change the way people look at their pet and their relationship with them.

Nikki's understanding of animal behavior is unimaginable, and her ability to teach people how to have a more enjoyable relationship with their dog is far beyond comprehension.
My wife and I had Nikki come out to our home and teach us how to work with our German Shepherd puppy, Veda. Nikki's lessons are straight to the point, and the results are evident immediately. She is a huge proponent of not "over commanding" your dog. To hear it from Nikki, she'd tell you that you shouldn't have to constantly tell your dog what to do (or what NOT to do)...your dog should know what is expected and just do it without a command.
To alot of people that sounds daunting, if not laughable, as a training method. You can laugh or shrug off that line of thinking if you want, but we're here to tell you that it works!
Dog dragging you down the street on your "walk"? Nikki will fix it!
Dog jumping at the door to greet visitors? Nikki will fix it!
Ever feel like you're not the one in charge? Nikki will fix it!
Quit reading the Leerburg site wondering about prong collars. Quit wasting your hard earned money at Petsmart and Petco on their clicker classes where you make the funny noises to distract the dog from what it's focusing on. Call Nikki. Tell her what's going on with your pet. Setup an appointment, and start enjoying your relationship with your pet (and other humans in the house) again.
Her abilities with animals and their owners will change the dynamic in your house in a very short period of time. It does cost a little bit more than those other training classes...but the results are far better in our opinion.

Nikki's seminars, "Real Life Rover" training and all around comprehension into dog communications is unmatched. She is an outstanding canine behaviorist/trainer and I have recommended her to everyone I know.
