Rob Murden is an excellent coach and personal trainer. He is well-versed in various fitness domains (cardio, strength, flexibility, plyometrics, stamina) and styles of working out (Crossfit, boot camps, circuit training, powerlifting, olympic lifting). I first started going to tranformations 4 life in June 2012. At that time the extent of my exercise consisted of walking. The boot camps are always energetic and challenging. Julie does an outstanding job of working with you as an individual. She demonstrates modifications but pushes you to reach your full potential. Her class isn't just about weight loss but overall physical and mental well being.

I have always considered myself an athletic, fit person. But, after four years in college, jobs, internships and less time to focus on working out, I needed to lose some weight, get back in shape and jump-start a new, healthier lifestyle. Leks has made all that possible for me. When I need someone pushing me to work harder, she is there. When I'm about to stop, but I know I should keep going, she encourages me. After almost six months, I can definitely tell a difference both physically and emotionally. I gained back my competitive edge (I lost somewhere along the way) and now continually push myself toward a new goal. Each workout is full of new, challenging exercises and always keeps me working my total body. Leks has a passion for her clients that is evident right away. She is qualified, caring, HILARIOUS and always pushes me to be the best I can be. I would recommend Leks to anyone who needs that extra, positive push to achieve his/her goals!
