We thought our water heater was shot, turns out it wasn’t and he was able to get it going while also offering us some great replacement options for when we are ready. We have another plumber who has done some work for us and Rapid Response beat our plumber in response time, troubleshooting, and in replacement cost. Drake was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. This company was so good, we are now strongly considering replacement even though it isn’t absolutely necessary right now. Regardless, this is our plumbing company from now on for sure."See more

It seems like companies nowadays, only care about making as much money off customers rather than the craftsmanship of their work or the happiness/satisfaction of the customer. Goldstar plumbing installed a utility sink in my garage today. I had an overflow tube that I had just hanging over the sink and was fine with it, but Gordon said he wanted to fix it so it would look nice. He even wanted the water lines (which you really could not see) to be straight because it looked neat and professional. This attention to detail is what most companies lack. I will use Goldstar Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs going forward."See more

About 6 years ago, I met Daniel when he helped with a shower surround. Since then, he's my go-to guy. He's replaced every window in my house, hot water heater, widened narrow doorways, replaced interior and exterior doors, leveled a wonky sunroom, removed skylights, replaced sinks/faucets, renovated my kitchen, installed a double oven, helped with an hvac, replaced ductwork under the house, replaced a gas fireplace and probably many more things I'm forgetting. I like that I explain something that bothers me about our house, and Daniel will help me think through it and offer options of how he could change it. Next week Daniel will start another project, renovating a room an office and taking out a bow window with a seat. I've yet to find much that Daniel can't do. It will be hard to ever move from my home- With Daniel's help, I've made a dream home."See more
