- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on square footage and whether it’s DEEP CLEAN or REGULAR CLEANING. Payment done through credit card, there is a 3.5% card processing fee. In case you chose venmo or Zelle there are no extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment. Our cancellation policy and service agreement must be signed. Preferred cleaning time: specify your preferred time window. We offer three time windows : 8:00am to 11:00am, 11:00am to 3:00pm, and 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
