Our pricing is based on the square footage of the property and the type of cleaning service required, whether it's a deep cleaning, one-time regular cleaning, or recurring services such as biweekly, weekly, or monthly cleanings. We ensure transparency in pricing and provide a detailed estimate based on these factors. For convenience, we offer several payment options, including Venmo, Zelle, or credit card, making it easy for our clients to choose the method that works best for them. Our goal is to provide a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to understand their specific cleaning needs, whether it's for a residential or commercial space. We then discuss the details, including the size of the area to be cleaned, which is how we determine pricing—based on square footage. After reviewing the scope of work, we provide an estimate and explain the services included. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule a convenient time for the cleaning service. On the day of the service, our team arrives on time, equipped with the necessary supplies, and follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure thorough and professional results. After the cleaning is complete, we follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback they may have.
