FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our lawn care programs are straightforward and transparent — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. We offer tiered annual programs to fit different budgets and lawn goals, with pricing based on your lawn's square footage. Customers who sign up for a full-season program get the best value. We don't believe in locking you into long-term contracts, but customers who commit to a full program see the best results. Pricing is discussed upfront before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your lawn's current condition and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, we assess your lawn size and recommend the program that fits your goals and budget. Once you're signed up, we handle the scheduling and notify you before each visit. After every service, you'll know exactly what was done and what to expect next. Our goal is to make the process completely hands-off for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Tennessee Category C03 pesticide applicator certification, which is required to legally apply lawn treatments in the state. Beyond licensing, I've invested significant time studying turf science, soil health, and the specific challenges of growing and maintaining lawns in Middle Tennessee's climate, including heat stress management, proper fertilization timing, and tall fescue best practices. I'm constantly learning and applying updated techniques to get the best results for my customers.
