- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive with other trainers in area. However, our clients get so much more than just one-on-one sessions! From nutritional guidance and progress tracking, to extra written workouts and access to our clubs online training app, we really do provide you with ALL of the tools you need to reach your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It just depends on the individuals goals and current fitness level. After we take initial measurements, weight, and go over nutrition, we will start most clients on full body workouts to get them adapted to the extra physical activity and identify their strengths and weaknesses. The workouts will progress from there based on the clients individual progress and goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Together we have over 10 years of personal training experience with one-on-one workout sessions, online coaching, and instructing group fitness classes such as bootcamp and kickboxing. We also have bachelors degrees in Exercise Science from MTSU and personal training certifications.
