1. Ladies Only gym at my home gym, Middle Tennessee blvd, down the road from MTSU - decorated black and pink. Have Smith machine with cables, leg press/hack squat combo, and plenty of weights and fitness accessories. Not comfortable with the gym environment or don’t want to pay a gym fee? Train with me at an affordable able price with a New year special!
2. Personal train at Olympus gym

About me: Full time personal training since 2011, helping a variety of clients reach their goals, assisted Billy Blanks with Tae Bo classes, competed as a NPC competitor from 2017-2020, earned IFBB bikini pro card in 2020 and competed for two years as a pro.
Specialties: Weight training, kickboxing/self defense, weight loss, getting toned, glute building, overall health and wellness.
