- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service real estate team and we offer many complimentary services at no cost to our clients. All pricing and fees will be discussed when we meet, as every situation is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new clients and we are very passionate about real estate and helping families. For Sellers 1. Meet in person 2. Discuss our turn key plan on selling your home for top dollar 3. Work together as a team to accomplish #2 For Buyers 1. Meet in person 2. Review the home buying process with you. Our team will provide multiple contacts from mortgage companies to home inspectors and everything in between. We will be there every step of the way to ensure that we meet your timelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds the world standard accreditation for staging professionals, ASP®. We have continued our education in many areas of real estate over the years beyond just getting our license. In addition, Janelle and Aaron both have worked for Fortune 500 companies and have had extensive training in customer service, leadership and sales negotiation.
