What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price window cleaning jobs off of number and size of windows, we price pressure washing jobs based off of square footage of pressure washed area, we price gutter cleaning off of length of gutter and also factor in roof pitch and ladder requirements.
Dryer vent cleaning and chimney sweeping are fixed price.
We also offer multi-service discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For larger projects we will typically come out and look at the house and understand your wants better than give a free price quote then book service for a later date.
For smaller projects such as gutter cleaning we can often look at house via Google maps and give price estimate over phone.
For dryer vent cleaning or chimney sweeping we can just directly book appointment as it is fixed pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are part of a franchise that has been around for over 30 years. All our techs go through an extensive training program run by the franchise found who has over 40 years of experience in the window cleaning and pressure washing industry. We also have a network of over 50 other franchise owners to share best practices and provide mentorship.
