I had a wonderful experience with the technician, Clever, who serviced my dishwasher. It stopped working 2 days before Thanksgiving. He was able to schedule me quickly and have the repair done in time for me to host friends for the holiday. When the dishwasher went out again a few days later, he came quickly and repaired it again at no charge. (His work has a 2 month guaranty). He also prepared me for what the next steps would be should the dishwasher need further repair. I will absolutely use him again in the future.
