I've been fortunate to train with Heydi on and off for a few years and I want to stress how amazing she is. Even though, I have stopped working out sometimes, her nutrición tips had helped me maintain a healthy weight. Heydi is a complete coach that has helped me develop capacities that I wouldn't be able to know without her guidance. I have to mention also that she's an amazing instructor..I have taken many of her classes from Zumba to power Yoga..she is patient and if you fall of track, she always welcomea you back with her awesome smile and bubbly personality and news..something I absolutely love about her and that makes her unique, is that she's ALWAYS updating her tools and techniques which makes the workouts FUN and efficient all at once. So yeah if you are ready for a change and looking for someone to guide you through change you should for sure give her a call!

Alexis did a great job introducing me to yoga. Through her yoga instruction and wellness coaching, I went from someone who rarely got off of the sofa to someone who enjoys moving myself in some way every day. My strength and flexibility have both increased, and my attitude towards exercise has done a complete 180. Alexis is always on time, and always maximizes the time spent with her depending on her clients needs. Would recommend her to anyone who’s ready to make a change in their lives.

Nancy Stevens takes personal training to a new level! Her approach is wholistic, incorporating resistance work, balance challenges and principles of yoga. Each 30-minute session is customized to my personal health and wellness goals, creating strength and improving flexibility. I am seeing results each week, and I am working my muscle groups in new ways. She dedicates herself to creating workouts that challenge me as well as educate me. Her style is personable and laid back, but her dedication is fierce and intentional. No movement is wasted as she gives verbal cues throughout the workout to maximize the effort and impact on the total body. She truly wants everyone to experience the best health possible, no matter what their age or where they are starting from. Through my personal training sessions, I have learned what it means to activate my muscles, even in day-to-day activities.     This was one of the best yoga and meditation sessions I’ve had! There are some poses I’ve always struggled with and Kate made me feel comfortable and helped me correct the poses with ease. She was so great about making you feel like you were working through the poses together and the class was 100% tailored to my needs. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait for our next session together!

      Yoga one-on-one with Laure was incredible. Her soothing voice guided me through a challenging variety of poses focused on creating strength and balance. Most helpful was her undivided attention to my movements. At times she was able to make small adjustments which made big differences in my practice. I highly recommend Laure for both individual yoga sessions or small group sessions. She is in tune with the way the human body moves while being a warm and friendly person to spend time with.

          Lloyd uses a masterful combination of gentle, patient movement along with Thai message techniques that lead to muscle and connective tissue release and allow for increased blood flow and range of motion. This has been ideal for me as I as middle aged women dealing with chronically tight tissue. Years of receiving massage therapy have not provided the therapeutic benefits -- decreased pain aand increased movement--that I have found thanks to my sessions with Lloyd.
