Nancy Stevens takes personal training to a new level! Her approach is wholistic, incorporating resistance work, balance challenges and principles of yoga. Each 30-minute session is customized to my personal health and wellness goals, creating strength and improving flexibility. I am seeing results each week, and I am working my muscle groups in new ways. She dedicates herself to creating workouts that challenge me as well as educate me.
Her style is personable and laid back, but her dedication is fierce and intentional. No movement is wasted as she gives verbal cues throughout the workout to maximize the effort and impact on the total body. She truly wants everyone to experience the best health possible, no matter what their age or where they are starting from.
Through my personal training sessions, I have learned what it means to activate my muscles, even in day-to-day activities. I have improved posture and energy, and a greater awareness of my body and all it is capable of. Thank you Nancy for being a lifeline to me in my journey!
