If you are considering, debating, thinking about (etc.) hiring a chef/caterer for your private event - THIS IS THE ONE! Let me give a few disclaimers about this reviewer #1 first: I am Caribbean, very picky about where I eat and who I eat from, and I tend to be a bit indecisive. Reviewer #2 is also a picky eater (wants easy meals) and love flavor bombs. I planned a private dinner with a custom menu that Anthony really spearheaded and made several accommodations to for dietary restrictions. He was punctual, professional, and cooked the whole meal (appetizers - Salmon Crustini= 10/10, main course - Jerk Chicken, Loaded mashed potatoes, sauted broccolini, and steak= 10/10, and dessert - Turtle Cream Pie with pecans and caramel = 10/10, and local wine= 10/10) in a tiny kitchen on a converted bus 2hrs out into

Absolutely fantastic!!!! I would give more stars if I could! I was looking for a chef that would be able to make an Ecuadorian specialty for a very special day. Chef stepped up to the plate and absolutely nailed it. The main dish and side dishes were incredible. If you're looking for delicious food, hire this chef!
