- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to reflect a true luxury dining experience. Most of our clients choose a curated 4–5 course menu, which typically averages around $100 per guest. Final pricing depends on your selected dishes and level of customization, allowing us to tailor every detail to your vision while delivering an unforgettable, restaurant quality experience in your own space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is seamless, personalized, and stress-free from start to finish. We begin with a brief consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and event details—with a little laughter if possible 😁. From there, I curate a custom menu tailored to your occasion. Once approved, we handle everything from sourcing premium ingredients to on-site preparation and presentation. On the day of your event, you simply relax and enjoy a refined, restaurant-quality experience while we take care of every detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Culinary Arts degree from Austin Peay State University and bring over 20 plus years of hands-on restaurant experience. My background spans from line cook to Sous Chef and advancing to Head Chef, giving me a deep understanding of both technique and execution at the highest level. I’ve also contributed to multiple restaurant development teams, allowing me to refine not just my cooking, but the overall dining experience I deliver to my clients.
