Excellent service - went out of his way to pick up and deliver computer, found a refurbisher at a good price for my motherboard when even Dell couldn't furnish parts for sale. Worked very hard to get me what I needed within my budget constraints, without much compensation on his part since the refurbisher got the bulk of the work.
