He did a really great job with my Australian cattle dog. I would recommend him to anybody and I've used a different puppy trainer at Dog and Kat in Nashville. He's significantly better. You really should choose him.
Steve has been my mentor for 10+years in the world of rescue and giving advice for dogs in need of behavior modification. Steve uses positive reinforcers and established a connection with the dog. He sees their potential and helps get them there. He has been training the working breed and knows how to channel their energy. I highly recommend Steve's training and you can know your dog is in good hands. Steve also has compassion for the special needs dogs and puts his heart and soul in each to each one. Nancy Indy.
We took both our dogs to training. They both are doing much better and are much easier to manage. It has really made our house calmer and the dogs continue to progress and behave much better. We would highly recommend the two week program.
A Fantastic experience beyond our imagination. Training our 8 Month old Puppy, Freckies who weighs over 40 pounds. We were apprehensive about sending him to a trainer but knew that we needed an expert. We interviewed 3 dog trainers before we called Stacee and we are very lucky that we waited to talk with her. She was very calm, soft spoken and treated Freckies with love and respect. Stacee appears to be a "dog whisperer." I am definitely very satisfied and highly recommend Stacee and Southern Dogworks. Her attention to our needs and Freckies was always foremost in all communication.
We are very thankful for Noelle/Thank Dog! She has been fantastic in helping train us (including my 13 year old daughter) as we attempt to train our new puppy ;-). Noelle has a peaceful, accommodating and patient presence and has surpassed my expectations in every single way. Both my 8 yr old and 4 month old dogs respond incredibly well to Noelle and her training "style/method". Noelle has done a wonderful job of listening to our concerns and desires in regards to training our puppy and has been extremely accommodating in creating a personalized plan that meets our family's specific goals and needs. Both of our dogs have also borded with Noelle which is honestly icing on an already very sweet cake...we have been able to travel knowing they are in Noelle's excellent, compassionate, expert care. It's hard to put a price tag on peace of mind and we are beyond grateful that we have not only found the very best dog trainer for us and our immediate needs in navigating the crazy challenging puppy phase but also someone that I am confident will be the "go to" resource in any/all future training needs along with providing the perfect home away from home for my dogs whenever travel. I was honored to have two very wonderful trainers, Tami and Chris, come for my first home evaluation. It was a great experience. They were on time, very knowledgable and reduced my anxiety and fears of properly training my dogs. Looking forward to a continuing relationship!
If it was not for Beth, I do not know where our family would be or if we would have been able to keep both of our dogs. Our two sweet girls were getting along fine for a few months after adopting one of them as a puppy. All of a sudden, they started getting into it. In a short time, they got into it enough to where we needed immediate help from a trainer. I reached out to several and Music City Training contacted me very quickly. They explained the in home training process and how Beth would first visit to discuss the plan with us. Within a week, she came over to diagnose our issues and draw up a plan. Within another week, we started a series of trainings whereby Beth would come to hour house and train with us and our dogs; everything from basic obedience to getting to the root of the problem. This was all necessary because we learned if our dogs did not listen to us with basic commands, they would not respect or listen to us and keep doing what they wanted, like getting into fights. It was amazing how quickly our girls picked up the commands and how well training progressed. I never knew that my dogs could behave as well as they had started to after a couple of sessions. Of course on our own time, we had to practice with them: sit, stay, come, leave it, leash walking, heeling, and my favorite, the "place" command. This one shocked me most of all. After a couple of months, we were able to re-introduce our dogs to each other to have them interact and the changes were truly impeccable (we previously let them see each other by kept them separated by a doggy gate). In October when this first happened, I was in tears thinking we would have to give one of the dogs up. Around Christmas, we put the dogs together and they have been great ever since (Almost March now). It is amazing that now before going out, they sit by the door until I exit and release them, or when they are about to eat, I put the food in front of them and they look at me for permission before diving into the bowl. I know that my husband and I would have never gotten to this point without Beth and Music City Dog Training. If I had known then what I know now, I would have hired Beth the moment we got each of our two dogs, just for the normal training procedures and commands. It really is never too early to start training and Beth taught us that even very unfavorable behaviors like aggression can be treated (which we were both skeptical about until we saw the end result). As an FYI--both of our dogs had done local pet store basic training, but it really does not even compare to what Beth can offer and the results speak for themselves. I urge anyone who had a dog with any issues or recently adopted a dog without any known behavioral issues (yet) to hire Beth as a trainer. You will not regret it. Another FYI--The trainer trains YOU and the dogs. When she leaves, you have to be consistent and serious about teaching your dog what Beth taught you and the dogs during your lessons. If you are not willing to be trained, your dog won't be either.
Cindy reestablished my trust that I do know how to be a good dog owner😊🐕😚
I hired John Miller to come to my home to train my 8 month old golden retriever on a few obedience commands and to resolve a couple of issues such as jumping and pulling on the leash when we would go for a walk. I definitely got the results that I was looking for. John's knowledge combined with his patient and friendly personality would make a great choice for anyone looking to hire a dog trainer.
I hired Bobbie to train my lab Shadow after paying another trainer in the area with zero results. Shadow was a food vacuum off of my kids' plates, barked incessantly and dragged me down the street on our daily walks. He often broke free from his leash and collar and we spent hours chasing him through the neighborhood with less than enthusiastic neighbors. We did the 2 week board and train program and I got back a brand new dog! He no longer gobbles up a whole pizza from the counter. He waits at the door for me to open it and he comes when I call him each and every time. I was skeptical that my crazy dog could be trained but Bobbie was confident that she could deliver results. You will not find another dog trainer that is more professional, knowledgeable or experienced. We couldn't be happier with Shadow and are thankful for Bobbie and Offleash K9 Training.
I have attended both Level 1 Basic Obedience and Level 2 Advanced Obedience classes with my pup Remy. Both classes push the dog and trainer to excel under Charlotte's guidance. She gives direct feedback catered to your specific situation and dog, with small realistic goals to set you up for success. I have enjoyed her classes immensely, and look forward to attending more in the future!
My dog is an Allegiance k9 dog - exceptional behavior and temperament and well trained. I have also purchased dog food through Nate Tinnin as well as boarded my dog with him. Excellent service - very accomodating and helpful! His facility is very well kept and pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Allegiance K9!
I knew absolutely nothing about dogs when we got our puppy. Liv was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Her methods worked very well for my puppy as well as myself. She actually trained me ;) She was flexible with scheduling and her fees are more than reasonable. There was not a single negative to our whole experience.
Excellent. Travis is a warm and caring trainer of dogs. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to send their dog to school. Travis kept our Mandy for one week and she has been well behaved for a five month old.
Nikki's understanding of animal behavior is unimaginable, and her ability to teach people how to have a more enjoyable relationship with their dog is far beyond comprehension. My wife and I had Nikki come out to our home and teach us how to work with our German Shepherd puppy, Veda. Nikki's lessons are straight to the point, and the results are evident immediately. She is a huge proponent of not "over commanding" your dog. To hear it from Nikki, she'd tell you that you shouldn't have to constantly tell your dog what to do (or what NOT to do)...your dog should know what is expected and just do it without a command. To alot of people that sounds daunting, if not laughable, as a training method. You can laugh or shrug off that line of thinking if you want, but we're here to tell you that it works! Dog dragging you down the street on your "walk"? Nikki will fix it! Dog jumping at the door to greet visitors? Nikki will fix it! Ever feel like you're not the one in charge? Nikki will fix it! Quit reading the Leerburg site wondering about prong collars. Quit wasting your hard earned money at Petsmart and Petco on their clicker classes where you make the funny noises to distract the dog from what it's focusing on. Call Nikki. Tell her what's going on with your pet. Setup an appointment, and start enjoying your relationship with your pet (and other humans in the house) again. Her abilities with animals and their owners will change the dynamic in your house in a very short period of time. It does cost a little bit more than those other training classes...but the results are far better in our opinion.
Kimberly was my 3rd trainer for our dog and her ways were very helpful. We've had 4 other dogs and we were able to train them, but this dog is a bit problematic. He has many issues and Kimberly helped to make him a loved part of our family. He would not do well at a kennel and we have also used Kimberly's boarding services. Anyone hiring a dog trainer should talk with that trainer at length and make sure that you understand their style. Kimberly will not train your dog, but train you to train your dog- which is a much better way. She did bring her infant son to some of our lessons, but he was not a distraction and I really didn't care.
Basic protection training and obedience training..the trainer was extremely professional and answered every question I had ..even ones I didn't think to even answer..I was also given tips and taught ways to continue training at home and how to work with my dog..she even offered to do refresher lessons for me..I will be getting a new pup this summer and will definitely have creed k-9 as my trainer. HIGHLY recommended
I am a dog trainer based in Fairview, TN. My passion for all animals has driven me to become a dog trainer. I am dedicated to turning any dog into our best friend.
I am the only area trainer that is United Nations certified and actual working certified military instructor/evaluator/trainer/handler. I am the only trainer that trains and competes with my own dogs, trained from a puppy with my methods, from a local to World level. Proof is on the field.
I was born to train dogs!!
