We needed two new outlets installed in our home and Airstream Kyle came by within 24 hrs, gave me a reasonable quote, and finished the job that I thought would be a lot more difficult. Kyle was on time, professional, and efficient. I ended up switching my annual care plan from Hiller ($249/yr for just HVAC) to Airstream ($204/yr for HVAC, electric, and plumbing) while he was here. 10/10 so far."See more

One hour late and $365 to use a plumbing auger on my slowly draining shower drain. Job took about 20-minutes, which is the quickest almost $400 I’ve ever spent. I agreed to it ahead of time, so no fault to them. I’d give 5-stars, but I had to clean up after them, as gunk from the drain had flown up to some areas in the shower. Not a huge mess, but when I pointed it out, they shrugged it off. After cleaning the shower, I could still smell the gunk, but I finally found the source: I think they used a toilet paper roll of mine, as it was black and brown from where someone grabbed it from the top. I’m guessing they used it to clean some of the mess. If the job was done AND if the shower/bathroom was like before, 5-stars. I am subtracting a star for the lack of attention to detail, and using customer’s items (towels, bath tissue, or anything else). Good dudes, good work, but part of me feels swindled.
