- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some of the best duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning pricing you will find. We can do this because we are highly trained and efficient. This allows us to offer cheaper pricing because we simply know what we're doing as we do it on a daily basis. Duct cleaning prices are a difficult thing to quote. Every home is different and every duct is different so that's why we offer a free inspection. we will come out and take a look at your specific needs and that way we can give you a more accurate and most of the time a better price than the competition (this prevents quoting one price and upselling things you might not need. there are no obligations, and we take pride in meeting our customers face to face so they know the character of the people their working with as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss with the customer exactly what they are looking for so that we can fulfill their expections. Which is partly why we offer free inspections. We don't want the customer to feel pressured into working with us. Here at Air-Medic, we want you to want to work with us because you feel confident and assured that the job will be done properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year bachelor's degree in business/marketing, and I absolutely love what I do. I love meeting new people and I love fixing their problems this is how I got into this business many years ago.
