- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can price per project or hourly. Typically my clients choose hourly for better savings. Bidding per project escalates pricing, due to the fact, of having to include unforseen circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually meet w/ client first to better grasp the scope of work, inspect jobsite, educating the client, getting a better understanding of client's expectations and design style and seeing if the client and I are a good fit.
